Thai Winter Melon Soup Recipe – Tom Jued Fak:
You can do this soup with both pork and chicken, the choice is yours. Ths soup recipe is realy easy by the way.
Cooking time: 25 minutes.
Serve: For 3 person.
1 big Winter melon.
Some Pieces of pork or chicken with bones.
5 Clove Garlic
A Handful of Petroselinum.
1 Cup of Fresh mushroom
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Grounded pepper
1 Liter of Water
1) Boil the water and add the pork or chicken with bones, the Petroselinum “Thai celery-Tang ho” (or celery if you don’t have) and some cooked garlic.
2. When the meat is ready add the mushroom in water.
3. Season with, salt and grounded pepper.
4. Add the winter melon.
5. Boil over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
6 Ready, serve with steamed rice.
