For me, the main reason that I like extreme sports is because, with the extreme sports you become one with the nature and not against, as many people think. A study found that participating in extreme sports, will actually give you a mental boost and give you self-Confidence.

Extreme athletes have lower anxiety and and have a higher sense of reality. Get new experiences and opportunity to live life.
