For me, the main reason that I like extreme sports is because, with the extreme sports you become one with the nature and not against, as many people think. If you do extreme sports carefully you can gain a lot of benefits and are really good for your health, but dont forget that extreme sports linked to 40,000 head and Neck injuries per year.
